We are looking for a Collection Telecaller who can communicate fluently in Telugu to handle customer calls, follow up on pending payments, and support timely collection of outstanding dues. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending or overdue payments.

Communicate payment details, due dates, and available payment options clearly.

Follow up with customers through regular calls and maintain proper payment commitments.

Handle customer questions and resolve basic payment-related concerns.

Negotiate and coordinate payment commitments as per company policies.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and payment status.

Escalate difficult or unresolved cases to the concerned team.

Achieve daily and monthly collection/follow-up targets.

Ensure all customer interactions are polite, skilled, and compliant with company guidelines
