Blinkit Delivery Partner / Delivery Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and dependable Delivery Partners to join the Blinkit delivery network. As a Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for picking up orders from local dark stores / fulfillment centers and delivering groceries and essential items to customers safely and promptly within the promised timeframe.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Order Pickup: Collect packaged grocery and household items from designated Blinkit dark stores / hubs.
- Timely Delivery: Transport and deliver orders safely to customer addresses using navigation tools (Google Maps / App).
- Customer Interaction: Handle orders professionally, communicate politely with customers, and resolve basic delivery issues.
- App Management: Use the Blinkit Driver Partner Mobile Application to manage active orders, view payout details, check delivery status, and mark completions.
- Cash / Digital Payment Handling: Collect payments (Cash on Delivery or UPI) when required and update transaction details in the app.
- Key Requirements & Eligibility:
- Age: 18 years or above.
- Vehicle: Bike, Scooter, or Electric Vehicle

जिम्मेदार और भरोसेमंद डिलीवरी पार्टनर्स की तलाश कर रहे हैं। डिलीवरी पार्टनर के रूप में आपका मुख्य कार्य स्थानीय डार्क स्टोर / फुलफिलमेंट सेंटर से ऑर्डर लेना और किराना व जरूरी सामान ग्राहकों तक सुरक्षित एवं निर्धारित समय पर पहुंचाना होगा।

- मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां
- ऑर्डर पिकअप: निर्धारित Blinkit डार्क स्टोर / हब से पैक किए गए किराना और घरेलू सामान के ऑर्डर लेना।
- समय पर डिलीवरी: Google Maps या Blinkit ऐप की मदद से ऑर्डर को सुरक्षित और समय पर ग्राहक के पते तक पहुंचाना।
- ग्राहक से बातचीत: ग्राहकों से विनम्रता और पेशेवर तरीके से बातचीत करना तथा डिलीवरी से जुड़ी सामान्य समस्याओं को हल करना।
- ऐप का उपयोग: Blinkit Driver Partner मोबाइल ऐप के माध्यम से एक्टिव ऑर्डर देखना, डिलीवरी स्टेटस अपडेट करना, ऑर्डर पूरा करना और पेआउट की जानकारी देखना।
- कैश / डिजिटल पेमेंट: आवश्यकता होने पर Cash on Delivery (COD)



या UPI के माध्यम से भुगतान लेना और ऐप में लेन-देन की जानकारी अपडेट करना।
- योग्यता एवं आवश्यकताएंउम्र: 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक।
- वाहन: बाइक, स्कूटर या इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन ।
- स्मार्टफोन: Android फोन, एक्टिव इंटरनेट कनेक्शन और GPS की सुविधा।
- स्थानीय रास्तों और क्षेत्रों की सामान्य जानकारी।
- Google Maps / नेविगेशन ऐप का बेसिक ज्ञान।
- पते और ग्राहक से बातचीत के लिए सामान्य हिंदी / अंग्रेजी पढ़ने की क्षमता।
- समय की पाबंदी, जिम्मेदारी और सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन।
