- Responsibilities
- Handle calls from social media leads and our existing database.
- Speak with prospective students and understand their course requirements.
- Explain UG & PG Distance Education courses.
- Explain LLB & LLM courses, eligibility and admission procedures.
- Build a positive relationship with students through qualified communication.
- Regularly follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and update lead status.
- Follow up with existing students for document submission and admission documentation.




- Coordinate with the internal team to complete the admission process.
- Work towards assigned admission and follow-up targets.
- Requirements
- Basic communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Confident and friendly approach while speaking with students.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telecalling, education counselling, admissions or sales will be an advantage.
