Job Description

Prime Solution is hiring Tele Calling for our Loans & Credit Cards division. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining financial products, and converting eligible customers into loan and credit-card applications.

- Key Responsibilities to generate leads through field visits and tele calling.
- Meet potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain loan and credit-card products, eligibility and benefits.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for application processing.




- Maintain daily reports of leads, visits and conversions.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant sales experience required.
- Experience in loans, credit cards, banking, insurance, or field sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable with field work and meeting customers.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp required.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidates preferred.
