Responsibilities:
• Make calls to students/patients and explain our courses/services
• Follow up with enquiries and leads
• Schedule appointments and counselling sessions
• Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups
Requirements:
• Positive communication skills
• Hindi/English communication preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
