Responsibility of our Engineer:

v Program, set up, and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform dimensional and geometric inspections of machined components, assemblies, and finished products.

v Develop CMM measurement programs using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar metrology software based on engineering drawings, CAD models, and geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T;) specifications.

v Conduct thorough inspections of parts and products using CMM equipment to verify conformance to dimensional, geometric, and surface finish requirements.

v Analyse CMM measurement data and generate comprehensive inspection reports detailing deviations, out-of-tolerance conditions, and non-conformities.

v Participate in the development and implementation of inspection procedures,



quality control plans, and metrology techniques to improve the accuracy and efficiency of CMM measurements.

v Perform regular calibration and maintenance of CMM equipment to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Should have knowledge of measurement instruments, knowledge of engineering drawing, knowledge of raw materials, CMM machine knowledge ( Setting & Operating)
