- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and transporters.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Develop connections with new customers for additional load requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution of daily operations.
- Maintain proper records and updates related to customer and load coordination.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and work towards achieving performance targets.
- Handle day-to-day communication and coordination professionally.
