We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to fulfill the organization’s staffing requirements.

- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salaries and discuss employment terms with selected candidates.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and track hiring progress.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with management and other departments to understand workforce requirements.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and candidates simultaneously.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
