About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Intern who will be responsible for exploring different areas of Bangalore, identifying potential properties, and supporting our property acquisition and business development efforts.

- Key ResponsibilitiesTravel across different locations in Bangalore to identify and explore potential properties.
- Search for suitable properties based on the company’s requirements.
- Visit properties and collect relevant details such as location, size, rent/lease terms, availability, and owner/broker contact details.
- Connect with property owners, brokers, and other relevant contacts.




- Maintain a database of potential properties and regularly update property information.
- Coordinate with the internal team and share shortlisted property options.
- Conduct market visits and gather information on local property availability and pricing.
- Be comfortable with extensive local travel across Bangalore.

- Comfortable with travelling across Bangalore on a regular basis.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with field work.
