- Job Responsibilities:Customers ko outbound calls karna aur products/services ke baare mein information dena.
- Interested customers ki queries ko professionally handle karna.
- Leads ka regular follow-up karna aur conversion ke liye work karna.
- Customer details aur call updates ko CRM mein update karna.
- Daily calling targets aur performance parameters achieve karna.
- Customers ko proper information aur excellent service experience provide karna.
- Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
- Telecalling, customer service ya sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Target-oriented aur positive attitude hona chahiye.
