Location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month plus performance incentive

Experience: 2 to 4 years in telecalling, sales, collections or fundraising, with at least 1 year of team handling

Role

Set up and lead our current calling centre in Bareilly from day one

Hire, train and manage a team of 6 telecallers initially and then expand into a team of 100

Track daily calling targets, connect rate and donor conversion

Review calls and give regular feedback to the team

Share daily and weekly reports with the head office in Noida

Ensure donors receive payment details and tax certificates on WhatsApp right after each call

Requirements

Based in or near Bareilly, willing to work from the office

Willing to spend the first month at our Noida office for training

Strong English communication

Basic Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business knowledge

Ability to motivate a team and drive targets

Ownership mindset: this centre will be yours to build
