JOB REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Technical Skill: Advanced, hands-on experience in Tally (Tally Prime / ERP 9) is strictly mandatory.

Candidates without verified Tally skills will not be considered.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.

Experience: 2–5 years of skilled experience in accounting. Experience in inventory management is a massive advantage.

Software Tools: High proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and general office productivity tools.

Regulatory Knowledge: Good understanding of GST filing, e-way bills, and TDS thresholds.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Core Accounting: Manage and oversee daily company accounts, bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and day-to-day transaction processing using Tally Prime.

Project Costing & Profitability: Verify hardware equipment inventory and labor costs against approved project quotes.



Monitor project-wise profitability and track revenue leakages.

Vendor & Client Management: Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Coordinate tracking, adjustments, and remittances with hardware component vendors, system integrators, and premium retail clients.

Statutory Compliance: Ensure regular and flawless compliance with GST filings, TDS deductions, and other applicable financial regulations.

Reporting & Auditing: Conduct monthly bank / tax reconciliations, prepare comprehensive Accounts Payable/Receivable ageing reports, and compile MIS reports for management review. Assist external auditors during corporate filing period.
