- Assist customers with orders, products, payments, delivery, returns and refunds
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Provide accurate information as per company guidelines
- Maintain a polite and positive communication style
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team
- Meet defined quality, productivity and customer satisfaction parameters





? Chat Process – Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and concerns through chat support

- Assist customers with orders, products, payments, delivery, returns and refunds
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain professional and courteous written communication
- Follow SOPs, quality standards and process guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues when required
- Achieve defined quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets

⏰ Shift & Work DetailsProcess: E-Commerce – Voice & Chat Support

- Shift: Rotational shifts
- Week Off: 1 rotational week off
- Work Environment: Target-driven & customer-focused
