The candidate should have at least 6 months of relevant experience and a valuable working knowledge of MS Excel. Responsibilities will include processing and tracking orders, managing returns, exchanges and cancellations, maintaining accurate order records, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams, and resolving order-related issues. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
