About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Business Loan Sales to lead our sales team, drive business loan sales, and achieve monthly targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of Business Loan Sales Executives.
- Drive business loan sales and achieve monthly revenue/disbursement targets.
- Generate and manage leads through telecalling, referrals, direct sales, and other channels.
- Monitor the complete sales process from lead generation to login, sanction, and disbursement.
- Track daily team performance and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Provide regular coaching, product training, and sales guidance to team members.
- Maintain robust relationships with customers and ensure a smooth loan process.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share updates with management.




- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in Business Loan Sales.
- Prior experience as a Team Leader / Senior Sales Executive will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of business loans and the lending process.
- Proven ability to handle and motivate a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and revenue generation.
- Experience working with banks/NBFCs/financial services companies will be an advantage.
