Job Description:

We are looking for a Female Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, explain products or services, generate leads, and follow up with potential customers. Freshers are welcome to apply. The role offers performance-based incentives and flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain products, services, offers, and relevant details clearly.

Generate and follow up on leads.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

Maintain call and customer records.

Follow up with interested customers and support conversions.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements

Age: 18–32 years

Gender: Female

Education: 12th Pass

English: Basic English

Experience: Freshers can apply

Positive communication and convincing skills.

Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.

Shift

Day Shift – Full Time

Salary

₹16,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Fixed: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000

Incentive: Up to ₹15,000
