Job Overview

We are seeking an agile, result-driven HR Recruiter with 0 to 4 years of experience to join our quick-paced recruitment agency. In this role, you will manage end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycles for diverse client accounts. Freshers will receive comprehensive training, while experienced professionals will independently manage client requirements, implement advanced sourcing strategies, and drive account closures.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding client mandates to candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and post-placement follow-ups.
- Multi-Channel Sourcing: Utilize portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media channels, cold calling, and headhunting to source premium and niche talent.
- Client Coordination (For 1+ Years Exp): Interact directly with client HR teams or hiring managers to capture job descriptions, align expectations,



and present curated talent pipelines.
- Screening & Assessment: Evaluate candidates beyond resume keywords, evaluating technical/functional competencies, cultural fit, stability, and compensation alignment.
- Offer & CTC Negotiation: Assist or independently lead salary negotiations, explain benefits, and manage counter-offers to minimize candidate drop-outs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of active and passive candidates to drastically reduce client Turnaround Time (TAT).

Sourcing Mastery: Proficiency in Boolean searches, LinkedIn headhunting, and major job boards.

Negotiation: Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and negotiate market-rate compensation.

Soft Skills: High persuasion capabilities, emotional intelligence, and target-focused resilience.
