Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Visa Counsellor to guide students through the overseas education and visa application process, with a primary focus on Australia Study Visas. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, assessing their profiles, recommending suitable courses/institutions, and assisting them throughout the application process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding Australia study visa opportunities, courses, universities, colleges, and intakes.
- Assess students' academic, financial, and English-language profiles.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable study options.
- Explain admission requirements, visa requirements, documentation, fees, and application procedures.
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into applications.
- Coordinate with admission and documentation teams for timely processing of applications.
- Assist students in preparing and organizing required documents.




- Guide students regarding SOP/Genuine Student requirements, financial documents, and visa documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Keep updated with changes in Australian education and visa requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and ensure a positive client experience.
- Meet assigned monthly counselling and client-conversion targets.
- RequirementsPrevious experience in visa counselling/overseas education consultancy preferred.
- Good knowledge of Australian education and study visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple students and applications simultaneously.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi would be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
