Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused candidates for an Executive – Operations role. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, interacting with potential customers, explaining products/services, generating leads and achieving daily/monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from provided leads.

- Introduce and explain company products/services to prospects.

- Generate leads through customer interactions.

- Handle incoming customer calls and resolve basic queries.

- Collect and accurately update customer information.

- Maintain professional communication and customer service.

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.

- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

- Comfortable with inbound and outbound calling.

- Good persuasive and communication abilities.





- Basic computer knowledge.

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

- Adaptable to handle different customer profiles.

- Above-average communication is preferred.

Eligibility

- Graduate Freshers are eligible.

- HSC Freshers are eligible.

- 10th + Diploma candidates are eligible.

- 12th + Diploma candidates are eligible.

- HSC candidates with minimum 1 year of experience are eligible.

- Undergraduates with minimum 6 months of relevant experience are eligible.

Working Details

- 6 working days per week.

- Rotational week off.

- Shift timing: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

- No night shifts.

- Minimum 6 hours of calling is compulsory.

- No incentives.
