Position – COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE

Bill Passing & Vendor Reconciliation | HVAC Contracting

Job Purpose We are looking for a Commercial Executive – Bill Passing & Vendor Reconciliation to handle vendor/subcontractor bill verification, reconciliation, statutory compliance, and payment processing for projects across India.

- Verify vendor/subcontractor invoices through 3-way matching – PO/WO, GRN/Measurement Sheet & Invoice
- Verify HVAC works such as ducting, piping, insulation, VRF commissioning against certified site measurements
- Check quantities, rates, specifications, variations, and contractual terms
- Verify GST, HSN/SAC, CGST/SGST/IGST and TDS applicability




- Check vendor invoices with GSTR-2B for ITC eligibility
- Process retention, advance recovery, penalties, debit notes & other contractual deductions
- Conduct regular vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Accounts & Site teams for bill clearance
- Handle vendor queries related to payments, deductions and bill status

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA / Inter-CMA

Experience: 2–3 years in bill passing / commercial operations

- Strong knowledge of SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / ERP
- Excellent command of MS Excel & Tally Prime
- Positive understanding of GST, TDS and vendor reconciliation
