Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your main goal is to turn raw leads into confirmed property site visits and build a strong interest in our residential or commercial projects. [1]

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Dial prospective clients from digital marketing campaigns, databases, and cold lists.
- Lead Qualification: Assess client needs, budget, preferred locations, and timeline for buying a property.
- Project Pitching: Present project details, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits clearly and professionally.
- Site Visit Coordination: Fix appointments and schedule site visits for prospective buyers with the onsite sales team.
- Objection Handling: Address initial customer concerns regarding price, location, or builders with confidence.
- CRM Updates: Maintain a clean, daily tracker of all calls, follow-up schedules, and customer feedback.
- Lead Nurturing: Send reminder messages,

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or real estate inside sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and local languages (e.g., Kannada, Hindi). Additional regional languages are a plus.
- Soft Skills: Persuasive tone, active listening, resilience against rejection, and a customer-first attitude.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with CRM software, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business. [1, 2, 3, 4]
