- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain bank, ledger, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and other management reports.
- Ensure timely recording and verification of all financial transactions.
- Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting-related requirements.
- Coordinate with external CA/auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders whenever required.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely closure.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.
- Review invoices, bills, expense claims, and supporting documents.
- Assist in budgeting, cash-flow tracking, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.




- Perform other finance and accounting responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred).
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, data management, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Solid reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in CA firms, financial services, NBFCs, consulting firms, or corporate accounting departments will be preferred.
- Candidates who have independently handled complete accounting operations will be an advantage.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts will be preferred
