Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners for smooth operations.
- Manage procurement, pricing, negotiations, and timely material availability.
- Coordinate R&D; and new product development, including sampling, trials, costing, and product launches.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Plan and monitor production, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely production and product availability.
- Monitor product quality, packaging, and specifications and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain SOPs, operational reports, product records, and documentation.
- Track product costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Vendors, and Management.




- Monitor product availability and ensure smooth supply to meet business requirements.
- Identify operational challenges and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any relevant field; FMCG/Operations background preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, product operations, procurement, supply chain, or related field.
- Positive knowledge of procurement, inventory, production, and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and execution skills.
