About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow our business by identifying new customers, generating leads, following up with existing customers, and promoting our electrical, electronics, and automation products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, online platforms, and other sources.
- Contact potential customers and introduce company products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads, quotations, and pending orders.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and dispatch teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email and WhatsApp.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Experience in B2B sales, electrical products, industrial products, or automation products will be an advantage.

Salary ₹14,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience and skills.

Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives available.

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday
