Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform line inspections to identify defects or deviations from standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for quality control procedures, protocols, and records.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
- Solid understanding of incoming quality, inprocess quality, manufacturing quality, process quality, raw material inspection, and final inspection principles.
- Ability to conduct thorough visual examinations using ISO 9001:2015 guidelines.
