We are hiring Japanese Language Experts with minimum JLPT N2 / NAT-TEST Q2 certification for an 8-month contractual role in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Japanese & English email communication and queries.
- Manage tickets/cases and provide timely resolution.
- Support Vendor Services / Vendor Support activities.
- Work on E-commerce, Catalog Maintenance and Product Detail Page (PDP) processes.
- Coordinate with vendors/business stakeholders.
- Maintain quality and accuracy as per process requirements.
Required Skills
- JLPT N2 / NAT-TEST Q2 certification – Mandatory
- Valuable Japanese & English communication skills.
- Experience in Vendor Support, E-commerce, Catalog, PDP, Ticket Handling, VM, BS or Email Support will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from Noida and on an 8-month contract.
