About the Role

FCS Software Solutions is looking for an HR Executive to join our dynamic recruitment team in Noida(Night Shift).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our inhouse positions.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, resume databases, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on required skills and experience.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with All Managers of Sales and Recruitment team to close their respective team openings.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up consistently with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining.
- Meet assigned productivity, submission, interview, and closure targets.

Required Skills





- 1 to 5 years of hiring experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and Boolean/search-string skills.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in a night shift aligned with US business hours (7 PM to 4 AM IST).

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with US staffing/recruitment firms.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and willing to learn.
