Job Summary

We are looking for a Pre-Collection Executive to contact customers before their loan payment due date. The candidate will be responsible for payment reminders, customer follow-ups, and ensuring timely repayments.

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers before their payment due date.
- Provide timely payment reminders and repayment details.
- Follow up with customers regarding upcoming payments.
- Understand and address basic customer queries related to repayment.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls and payment commitments.
- Follow up with customers who have committed to making payments.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the collection team regarding payment status.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic Hindi and English communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, pre-collection, collection, banking, or financial services will be an advantage.
