- Manage a 40-50+ member sampling team Tailors, Kha-Kha Masters, Pattern Masters, Embroiderers & Helpers.
- Coordinate with Designers and ensure samples are developed as per T&A.;
- Ensure garment construction, fit, finishing and quality standards.
- Drive productivity, workflow improvement and reduction of material/manpower wastage.
- Provide technical inputs and ensure production-friendly sample development.
- Track daily productivity and sampling status.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Sampling / Sample Development Management.
- Strong experience in Womenswear / Designer Wear.
- Good knowledge of Pattern Making, Garment Construction, Fit & Quality Control.
- Proven experience managing 4050+ team members.
- Robust people-management and communication skills.
- Experience in Designer Wear / Export / Retail / Apparel Industry preferred.
