Job description

About this position:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse and Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a warehouse and oversee the daily operations. The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory and maintaining a safe working environment.
In this role, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and efficient stock rotation. An ability to work well with a team and strong leadership skills are essential. Problem-solving fact-based.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse inventory.
- Create and implement inventory management systems, processes, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, stock accuracy and stock rotation.
- Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, including recruitment, training,



and scheduling.
- Ensure that all warehouse operations with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.
- Execute strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and coordinate warehouse equipment maintenance and repair.
- Maintain records and documentation concerning inventory, orders, and shipments.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Executive
- Knowledge of warehousing procedures and best practices
- Ability to manage inventory control systems
- Good communication and organizational skills

Education
Degree or equivalent
