* Manage photography vendors and ensure quality & TAT
* Build on-ground customer acquisition funnels (IPD patients, baby shower events, discharge stage)
* Focus on improving business performance and conversions across assigned locations
* Train and enable CREs/counsellors for effective pitching & upselling
* Identify and execute upsell opportunities (albums, videos, maternity shoots, etc.)
* Launch and scale recent offerings (birth shoot, homecoming videos, etc.)
* Track key metrics: conversion %, revenue per unit, vendor performance
