Role & responsibilities

- Perform and supervise calibration of temperature, pressure, electrical/electronic, process instruments and sensors.
- Ensure calibration activities are carried out as per the approved procedures, standards, and manufacturer specifications.
- Prepare/review calibration procedures, reports, and technical records.
- Prepare and review measurement uncertainty budgets and ensure measurement traceability.
- Maintain calibration status and schedules for instruments and reference/master standards.
- Ensure traceability of reference standards to NABL/NMI or internationally recognized standards.
- Handle out-of-tolerance (OOT) investigations and initiate corrective actions.
- Support ISO/IEC 17025 implementation, internal audits, NABL assessments,



nonconformity closure, and continual improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external calibration laboratories.
- Guide and train junior engineers/technicians on calibration practices.
