Hiring for Regional Manager Government / Institutional Business for a leading European MNC, with business presence in India since 2009.

For Two Locations:
North Region : Delhi NCR
West Region : Mumbai / Pune / Ahmedabad

We are specifically looking for candidates with:

- Government / Institutional Sales experience in Pharma or Healthcare
- Hands-on exposure to NHM / State Health Programs
- Government Tendering / GeM experience
- Experience dealing with State Health Departments, Government Health Authorities and Institutional Procurement
- Multi-state / Regional Sales exposure

Role & Responsibilities

- Drive Government & Institutional Sales across the assigned region and achieve regional revenue targets.
- Identify and develop opportunities under NHM, Central & State Health Programs, POSHAN 2.0 and State Nutrition Missions.
- Build solid relationships with stakeholders across State Health Departments, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Women & Child Development Departments and State Health Societies.
- Manage the complete government tender lifecycle opportunity identification, pre-bid meetings, RFP/RFQ evaluation, bid submission, negotiation, contract award and execution.
- Handle GeM Portal processes,



government procurement and tender compliance.
- Understand Program Implementation Plans (PIP), government budgets and funding frameworks to identify business opportunities.
- Drive the complete business cycle from lead generation and order closure to supply coordination, invoicing and payment collection.
- Develop institutional partnerships and identify relevant channel / supply-chain partners within the region.
- Track competitor activity, government programs and regional market developments.
- Gradually build and manage the regional team as the business expands.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 10 - 15 years of experience in Government / Institutional Business within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Nutrition or Public Health sector.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Government Tender Business and securing government contracts. NHM / State Health Programs / Government Health & Nutrition Programs
- Strong exposure to GeM Portal, RFP/RFQ, government procurement and tender processes.
- Experience handling multi-state / regional business with willingness to travel extensively.
- 35 years of managerial / leadership experience preferred.
