We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused International & Domestic Air Ticketing Executive to join our team in Janakpuri, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in airline reservations and ticketing, with good knowledge of CRS systems and airline portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle International & Domestic Air Ticketing and reservation-related activities.
- Create and manage PNRs, including booking, modification, cancellation, and re-issuance.
- Handle ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellation, refunds, and related processes.
- Perform PNR blocking and monitor/manage queues through CRS systems.
- Check and process bookings and ticketing requirements using Amadeus, Galileo, Abacus/Sabre, and airline portals.
- Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to resolve booking and ticketing issues.
- Ensure accuracy in fare, itinerary, passenger details, ticketing, and documentation.
- Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, refund procedures, and ticketing guidelines.




- Provide timely support to customers and resolve ticketing-related queries professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in International & Domestic Air Ticketing.
- Strong knowledge of reservation and ticketing procedures.
- Hands-on experience in PNR creation, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellation, refunds, and queue management.
- Working knowledge of CRS/GDS systems, preferably:

- Amadeus
- Galileo
- Abacus
- Sabre

- Knowledge of Airline Portals.
- Good understanding of fare rules, airline policies, and ticketing procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
