Role & Responsibilities
- Mobilize candidates and support them through the enrolment and placement process.
- Coordinate with employers for job openings, interviews, and placement drives.
- Counsel candidates on job opportunities, interview preparation, and career options.
- Maintain candidate records, placement trackers, and follow-up until joining.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in mobilization, placement, or employability programs.
- Experience working with and mobilizing PwD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates is mandatory.
- Robust communication, counselling, networking, and coordination skills.
- Experience in NGOs, skill development, or social-sector organizations will be an added advantage.
