AR Callers need to contact insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to follow up on outstanding medical claims, resolve payment issues,
and ensure timely reimbursement for services rendered. Key responsibilities include appealing denied claims, correcting errors, analyzing remittance advice, and maintaining detailed records of all communications.

1. Meet daily/weekly/monthly production & quality as per project SLAs /Timelines
2. Responsible for follow up with the Insurance companies on outstanding accounts receivable on behalf of doctor s/physicians/ RCM companies in USA.
3. Production and Quality targets are to be met daily.
4. Identifying, correcting the billing errors & resubmitting it to the insurance companies.
