Responsibilities
- Conduct client workshops and discovery sessions.
- Define ITOM solution architecture and implementation strategy.
- Lead CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping initiatives.
- Design integration architecture across ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
- Create functional specifications and solution designs.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders on transformation programs.
- Drive governance, UAT and deployment activities.
