Company is into sourcing some of the world's finest natural stones and delivering precision-finished marble solutions. The company focuses on quality, craftsmanship, and providing premium marble and stone products for residential and commercial projects.

*Job Responsibilities*

* Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business and revenue targets.

* Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

* Handle sales of marble and natural stone products to clients.

* Manage client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

* Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and other industry professionals.





* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

* Prepare sales reports and regularly update management on business performance.

*Requirements*

* **Marble Industry experience is mandatory.**

* Solid sales and business development skills.

* Excellent **English communication and interpersonal skills**.

* Good negotiation and client-handling abilities.

* Strong leadership and team-management skills.

* Candidates with an established network in the marble/natural stone industry will be preferred.
