Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling,
referrals, and lead generation activities.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable advertising and marketing solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
• Coordinate with internal creative, digital,



and client servicing teams to ensure successful
project execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new
business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records systems regularly.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Good understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, and media solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
