Inviting applications for the role of Specialist - F&A; - I2C

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Responsibilities

- The colleague will support the end-to-end Cash Application and Credit Control operations within the London Market insurance environment, developing a strong understanding of premium processing, broker settlements, cash allocation, receivables management and outstanding debt. The role will involve reviewing and allocating incoming premium payments against the appropriate policies, risks, broker accounts and underwriting transactions, while ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of cash received.

- The trainee will also support unallocated cash (UAC) clearance, aged debt analysis, cash reconciliation,



premium matching and resolution of unidentified or disputed payments.

- The role will work closely with Underwriting, Technical Accounting, Brokers, Finance, Claims and Operations to investigate payment discrepancies, obtain remittance information, resolve account queries and drive timely settlement of outstanding balances.

- The trainee will assist in monitoring overdue premium, aged receivables, recovery performance, cash allocation and debt ageing, supporting structured follow-ups with brokers and internal stakeholders to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding debt.
The trainee will also contribute to London Market process controls, quality checks, reconciliations, reporting and governance, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.

- They will support identification of root causes for recurring issues, participate in process-improvement and automation initiatives, and help develop dashboards and management reports using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
Through the role, the trainee will build practical knowledge of the London Market insurance lifecycle, including the relationship between brokers, underwriters, premium transactions, technical accounting, cash settlement and credit control, while developing strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management and financial operations skills

• Bachelors / Masters degree
• Solid analytical skills and problem-solving skills.




• Effectively communicate in writing and verbally to client.
• Experience in balancing customer facing role and work assessments.
• Self-starter and have analytical problem-solving skills
