Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with overall business objectives and growth plans
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and innovation
- Plan and manage IT budgets, focusing on cost optimization and effective resource allocation
- Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, data centers, and cloud environments
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and optimal performance of all systems and platforms
- Manage procurement and lifecycle of hardware and software assets
- Define and implement IT security policies, standards, and governance frameworks
- Ensure data protection, system integrity, and compliance with industry regulations
- Oversee enterprise applications including ERP, HIS (Hospital Information System), CRM, and other business-critical systems
- Ensure seamless system integration and uninterrupted application performance
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and coordinate with vendors for support and enhancements
- Lead, mentor, and manage IT teams including system administrators, developers, and support staff
- Drive performance management, training, and workforce planning initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align IT initiatives with business needs
- Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction through effective service delivery
- Utilize technical expertise in ASP.NET along with HTML, CSS, JavaScript,



and backend development for solution design and troubleshooting

Candidate profile

- Proven experience in leading IT strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale technology implementations
- Strong expertise in managing IT infrastructure including servers, networks, data centers, and cloud platforms
- Demonstrated ability to ensure system availability, scalability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness
- Hands-on experience in enterprise applications such as ERP, HIS (Hospital Information System), CRM, and system integrations
- Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance standards
- Expertise in IT budgeting, cost optimization, vendor management, and SLA governance
- Proven track record of managing IT procurement and lifecycle management
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring cross-functional IT teams (developers, admins, support)
- Ability to drive performance, training, and resource planning for high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and business units
- Robust problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Hands-on technical capability in ASP.NET development along with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend technologies
- Experience in the healthcare domain (preferred), with exposure to Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and related workflows
