Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive (Hospital) is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with hospital clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries and concerns. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with hospital stakeholders, gathering feedback, addressing service issues, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
