Role & responsibilities

We are looking for Deputy Manager/Manager-Quality Assurance & Systems. Candidates in the age group of 30-40 with BE/ B.Tech Mechanical/Automobile having 7-12 years of experience in Quality Assurance may apply for the position. Out of total experience applicant must have minimum 7 years experience in Automotive Industries.

1. Customer complaints handling & redressal.

2. Interface with customer for product quality & quality system concerns.

3. Customer QAV, System & Product & Process Audit.

4. Preparation & issue of Quality System Manual, Procedures, WI & specimen of all the formats.

5. Prepare and implement Control Plans, TS, ISO, PFMEA's.

6. Good knowledge of Maruti documentation (Preparation & Approval) & MSIL Portal.

7. Responsible for Plant Quality systems.

8. Plan & Control procedures to ensure 100% quality while delivering to the end customers.





9. Managing operational quality function.

10. Establishment of inspection, quality standards, inspection method, monitoring systems. Improve quality productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Valuable Communication skill.

2. 7 to 12 years experience in same field.

3. Own conveyance.

4. BE/B.Tech-Mechanical.

5. Age group 30-40 years.

6. Experienced in Automotive manufacturing industry.

7. Process establishment, process improvement, new process trial, fixture trial.

8. Layout inspection, First Piece inspection, Patrolling inspection & Final Inspection.

9. Prepare all QA & QMS function data.
