Role & responsibilities -

- Supervise and manage daily commercial field activities in the assigned area.
- Identify and develop opportunities for revenue generation from commercial establishments.
- Coordinate with shops, markets, offices, institutions, and other commercial establishments.
- Ensure timely collection of applicable service charges and maintain proper records.
- Monitor revenue targets, collection performance, and daily commercial activities.
- Maintain and update customer and commercial establishment databases.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments, pending dues, and service-related issues.
- Manage and monitor field staff involved in commercial activities.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance and service coverage.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to revenue, collections, customers, and field activities.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the Zonal In-charge and Operations Manager regarding commercial performance.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.




- Provide regular updates on revenue performance, challenges, and opportunities to management.

Required Skills

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Field Operations, Revenue Collection, Waste Management, Facility Management, or related industries.
- Experience in customer handling, revenue generation, or commercial operations will be preferred.
- Candidates with good communication and field management skills are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned operational area.
