Flourish by Gunjan Jain is a demi-fine jewellery brand specializing in lab-grown & Swarovski zirconia diamonds — rare design, real craftsmanship, accessible luxury. We're relaunching, and we need a designer who can pick up where our last creative direction left off and take it somewhere even better.

The gig:

We've got an existing body of brand creative work. Your job? Study it, respect it, then push it forward for a fresh brand launch — social content, campaign visuals, and everything in between.

What you'll bring:

A robust eye for luxury/lifestyle aesthetics — jewellery experience is a big plus





Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator (and yes, Canva too — we're not precious about tools, just output)

⏱️ Either 20 hours/week ongoing, OR fixed-deliverable freelance projects — your call

Based in Kolkata (this one's non-negotiable — we like our creatives close enough for a coffee-and-brief session)

✔️ Someone who can take a rough brief and run with it, not someone who needs everything spelled out

Compensation: Based on experience and portfolio strength.
