Role: Relationship Manager / Agency Manager
Channel: MOTOR Insurance Agency Channel
Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales
Compensation & Advantages

- CTC: Up to 5.50 LPA

- Travel Allowance: 3,000 per month

- GMC: 2 Lakhs

- Accidental Cover: 10 Lakhs

- Monthly Incentives: Up to 1 Lakh

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, onboard, and manage insurance agents/advisors.

- Build and maintain a strong agency network.

- Drive health insurance sales through the agency channel.

- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

- Conduct regular field visits and develop market relationships.

- Train and support agents to improve productivity.





- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.

Preferred Profile

- Experience in- Motor insurance / Health insurance / life insurance / general insurance agency channel preferred.lationship-building skills.

- Comfortable with field sales and local market visits.

- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.

- Candidates with an existing agent/advisor network will be preferred.
