Role & responsibilities :

- Analyze customer IT Infrastructure requirements and design cost-effective solutions.
- Design, position, and propose IT Infrastructure and Services solutions that meet customer business and technical requirements,
- Prepare solution documents, effort estimates, pricing, and proposals.
- Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and Statements of Work.
- Engage with customer IT and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend solutions.
- Build and present business cases and technical proposals, including executive-level presentations.
- Support sales teams to achieve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention targets.
- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Partners to deliver end to end solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure (Server, Storage, Networking).
- Hands-on experience with Virtualization, Backup, and Disaster Recovery solutions.
- Positive knowledge of solution costing and pricing (financial acumen preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight timelines.
