We are hiring for Area Sales Managers & Branch Managers for one of the leading InsurTech and Insurance Brokerage firm that is completely changing how millions of people manage and buy insurance

Role & responsibilities

- Drive overall sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Monitor branch profitability, productivity, and growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Acquire new customers and increase business through Direct channel.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor branch expenses and maintain cost efficiency.
- Track daily sales performance and productivity of the team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Life Insurance direct channel
- Solid understanding of insurance products, sales processes

Banca or Agency channel experience candidates are not suitable for this role
