Role & responsibilities

Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls from students and parents.Counsel students for NEET/JEE and other educational programs.Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.Achieve assigned sales and admission targets.Maintain qualified communication with students and parents.Handle approximately 8 hours of calling per day.Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout the admission process.

Preferred candidate profile





Graduate or above.Graduate freshers also can apply1 to 4 years of experience in Counselling, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Education Sales, Admission Counselling, or Customer Support.Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.Strong convincing, interpersonal and counseling skills.Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.Education/Sales background will be preferred.
