Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Kirti Nagar, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 0.6-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate relationships. You will play a critical role in ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for clients across various industries.
* Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up regularly.
* Work closely with client HR teams and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
* Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases accurately and consistently.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred).
* 0.3 - 2 years of recruitment experience in an agency or consulting workplace.
* Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
